Payment Plans
Checkout now, pay later with our new payment plans.
This allows you to spread the costs of birthdays or new seasons releases. We know that organic and sustainable items aren’t cheap, payment plans will help you secure the items you really want to have and give you time to pay them off.
We have two options to avail of, our first is a shorter time frame and a lower deposit, and our second is for a longer time frame but a bigger deposit
How does it work?
- Shop as you normally would online, fill your basket and go to checkout. Insert the code “PLAN1” or “PLAN2” for the payment plan you wish to use in the coupon box, and it will reduce it by the relevant amount.
- Pay the deposit and complete your checkout. This service is currently only available with PayPal.
- We will send you a PayPal invoice for the balance within 24 hours, and then you have the remaining time to pay it off. You can pay as much or as little off at a time all through the PayPal invoice.
- If you wish to cancel you have 7 days of a cooling off period. If you cancel after this you will lose your deposit. Any monies paid extra to the deposit will be refunded to you.
- When your order is fully paid, we then ship it to you. Do pop us an email or a message when you’ve sent the last payment so we can get your order ready to ship.
Terms and conditions
- A non refundable deposit 25% or 40% deposit, depending on plan chosen, is due at checkout.
- Payment plans are not subject to price reductions should items go on sale/special offer. The price at time of order is final.
- Your balance is due either 6 or 8 weeks, depending on the plan chosen, from the date of invoice creation.
- Payments must be made in full before items are dispatched, no partial dispatches.
- If you wish to cancel you must do so within the 7 day cooling off period. If you cancel after this point you will not receive your deposit back. If you paid additional monies, these will be refunded via PayPal within 7 days.
- You may have a maximum of 2 payment plans open at any one time, please indicate on your order if you wish a separate invoice to be opened, otherwise they will be added to the existing open invoice.
