This is a perfect combo of 32% Fairtrade milk chocolate and a minimum of 10% hazelnuts. You might already know that Tony’s hid a map of Western Africa in their unequally divided bar. They couldn’t fit whole hazelnuts into the pieces that represent Togo and Benin! After a very heated debate, they completely and politically incorrectly combined two separate countries into one bigger piece so we could use whole hazelnuts.With incredibly tasty chocolate, Tony’s lead by example and show the world that chocolate can be made differently. By following Tony’s Sourcing Principles for slave-free cocoa, it’s possible to make slave-free chocolate and be commercially successful.
As long as the chocolate industry is unequally divided, their chocolate bar will stay that way too.
